エレファントカフェ
大阪・茶屋町の気になっていたアジアンリゾートレストランへ行きました！
リーズナブルでそれでいて美味しい！雰囲気もよいです！
サービス料かかりそうな感じですが、ノーチャージとのこと。
サラダと、ご飯ものと、なんこつ味噌炒め？を頼みましたが
特に、ご飯ものが美味しかった！
店員さんが混ぜていいですか？って確認してくださってからうまーーく混ぜてくれます。

東京 三田製麺所
このところ、私らーめんネタばっかり書いていますねえ。
あんまり素敵な店だと、写真も撮りにくいから・・・なんてのは言い訳でもあり、実際ラーメン好きなのです。あしからず。
東京訪問時にはらーめんいっぱい食べました。
とくに東京はつけ麺ブームですね。
三田製麺所に行きました。私が行ったのは恵比寿のです。
私は、スタンダードなつけ麺にしました、辛いのもあるみたい。
少し貰ったのですが、少しだけピリッとするくらいでした！
つゆは、魚のうまみが存分に楽しめます。
それに、うどん並みに太い麺は十分にからみます。
最後はスープ割りにしてもらって飲みました。
隣の方が、特大頼んでいてすごーーーく大盛りでびっくりしました。
大盛り、中盛り、並は同じ値段なので腹ペコのときはリーズナブルに楽しめるかもしれません☆

東京ラーメンストリート Ⅱ
東京駅八重洲口の近くの らーめん むつみ屋 に行きました。
毎週、白味噌、赤味噌、と交代にメニューが変わるそうです。
私が行ったときは、白味噌の週で、白みそラーメンを注文しました！
味噌ラーメンはほとんど食べたことがなかったのですが、濃厚でそれでいて後味のよいラーメンでした。
親子連れがお隣で食べていて、子供たちがとてもかわいかったです。
彼女たちも大喜びしていたラーメンでした。

LOTUS
表参道のカフェに行きました。
ロータスというピンクの小さな看板と、ガラス張りの大きな窓＆扉が目印です。
夕食を済ませて、軽くお茶したくて立ち寄りました。
わたしはゴルゴンゾーラチーズケーキをいただきました！
濃厚で少量なのに、食べ応えがありました。
夕食をされている人も多く、また伺いたくなりました。
女の子同士、男性一人、カップル、家族連れ、いろんな人たちがいました。
私の目にはSATCに出てくるカフェのようにも映りました。

京都の甘味処といえばここ。
私は知らなかったころに、友人に京都だったら値は張るけど抹茶はここ！

かもがわカフェ
かもがわカフェへ行きました。ずっと気になっていたお店です。
お昼はカフェとして、夜は美味しいご飯とお酒のお店として使うことができます。
ボリュームはお腹ペコペコだった私には少し物足りなかったですが、このくらいがお腹にも良いのでしょう！
女性やカップル、そして常連さんとみられる西洋風の方々たくさんいらっしゃいました。

冷えたご飯にあつあつカレー
カレーライス作りました。
今でも国民食なのだろうか、なんたって飽食の時代なんで。
すごいいろんな料理が手軽に食べられてしあわせに思います。
もの喰う人々はそんな私にぴったりの本でした。
何度も読み直したいです、食の美学が伝わるルポでした。

For example,Chinese,Italian,Spanish,Turkish,Korean,India,Indonesian and so on.
So I don't know REAL JAPANESE food these days.
Of course, Sushi,Tempura and Sukiyaki and so on is traditional food in Japan.
But we can eat other delicious food easier and cheaper.
Maybe we are so blessed.
So I eat usual dish sparingly.

二階に案内されましたが高瀬川が眺められてよかったです。
天津飯を大にしたらすごく多くてびっくりしました。

５５１の豚まん
５５１の豚まんが食べたいとき～～♪
お店によって微妙に味や油加減が違うという、５５１蓬莱。
私は大阪・阪急梅田駅構内のが好きです。
手作りで食べ応えのある関西の定番です。
豚まん１個で１６０円だから、コンビニの肉まん買うと思うと安いです。
おうちに帰ってたっぷりのサラダと一緒にいただきます
私はそのまま食べると少し胃もたれしそうなので。。笑

ひらがな館
１２月ですね。寒いですが、お体には気をつけてください。
今日は 東大路通り御影通りを東に進んだところにある、ひらがな館を紹介します。

WIRED CAFE
使えるカフェ 大阪・茶屋町のWIRED CAFEにこの間行きました。
インターネットもカフェを利用する方であれば利用可能です。
唯一気になるのは喫煙も全席可能なこと。それ以外は居心地はよいです。
ご飯も鉄板の上でジュージューいいながら運ばれてくるお料理はおいしかったです。
東京にはたくさんあるようです。私も渋谷、新宿店には立ち寄ったことが。便利なお店です！！

カフェ、Lipton 京都の三条店、河原町店、京都駅のポルタ店が現在あるようです。
ランチにも、カフェにも、ディナーにも使えるお店です。
個人的にお勧めは 生チョコと抹茶のタルト
貴重な京都産限定抹茶を使用。奥ゆかしい甘みとほど良い渋みの中で、八ツ橋がほのかに香ります。

Matcha is made by removing the stalks from specially-grown young leaves and grinding the leaves to powder in an usu (mortar). It is a brilliant green color.

ハンバーガーたべたーーーい、ってなるとここ。
関西には一店舗しかなく、個人的にはもっと出店希望ですが、関東では特に東京では結構目にします。
クアアイナ。ハワイにもあるそうです！
アミューズメントを思わせる店内、店員さんによりなんだかハッピーになれます。
ちょっと値が張りますが、すごくボリューミーで満足できるハンバーガーが食べられると思います
知ってしまうとリピートしてしまう可能性の高いお店だと思っています

タロ吉
とっても好きな焼き鳥屋さん。タロ吉。
何度も行っているので、いつもの二人で行くと声をかけてくださることもあります。
そんな気さくな店員さんも素敵なこのお店
焼き物もおいしいのですが、サラダや丼ものも外れがなく楽しめます。
祇園、北白川どちらもレトロで昭和の香りのする店内。
牛乳箱とかサトちゃんとか看板だとか流れている音楽だとか・・・いい時代だったんだなと。
個人的には箸置きがかわいくて和みます。
リーズナブルで、雰囲気もよくてこれを書いている今、行きたくなってきました笑。また行きます

I will recommend yakitori restaurant “Tarokichi”.
They have near the ginkaku-ji temple and Yasaka shrine.
This is soooo good atmosphere and nice taste restaurant.
I also like their salad.
In the restaurant we can feel 1960-70or 80's Japanese good old days.
Nevertheless you are not hungry,you will enjoy good time.lol

天天有
COCON烏丸の地下にある天天有に行きました。一乗寺の有名店ですね。
清潔感のある店内。少しだけ並びました。
食べているときはかなり濃厚だなあと思っていたスープは意外にも後味よくてすっきり！！

お好み焼きや きじ
梅田のお好み焼き店 きじ に参りました。
丸の内の混みようを見ていたので、これは行かなくちゃと思い友人を誘って行きました。
友人と半分ずつ分けて食べたのですが、柔らかくて、ソースも辛過ぎず甘すぎず良かったです。
やさしい味がしました！！
食べて、東京のトキワビル地下で行列ができるのも納得できました。

Japanese don't dislike line up.
They can become so beaytiful line. lol
When I go to Tokyo, they lined up so longer at the restaurant “Kiji”
So I went the same restaurant in Osaka Umeda.
I can eat Okonomiyaki soon there.
Okonomiyaki means meat or seafood and vegetable pancake.
Okonomiyaki is one of the popular foods in Japan.
I advice you that without laver.
Because you may not eat a raw smell food.

カルボナーラ
パスタを使ったお料理はよくします。
私の作るカルボナーラは大好きなお店の味を再現しようと、黒胡椒を多めにふっています。
大好きなお店がそうしていたからです。
◆カルボナーラ一人分◆
牛乳60g、生クリーム30g、卵黄1個分、粉チーズ30g～、ブイヨン1個、黒胡椒おこのみでソース完成。
マッシュルーム1個とベーコン2枚を炒め、茹でたパスタ100gを入れて炒め、ソースと絡める。黒胡椒を振って出来上がり！
ドレッシングなしのサラダと一緒に。
周りからも好評な一品です☆

yolk of an egg
powdered cheese 30g~
a grain of bouillon

It is so good,you eat with non dressing salad.

コールドストーン
初めてこのお店に行ったのは、アメリカでした。
衝撃の楽しさ、おいしさ、ボリューム！！

最近では関西にも何店舗かできましたが、私はアメリカから帰って東京にあると知り、東京へ行くたびに食べたものです。
大好きな味は、ストロベリーショートケーキセレナーゼ。
アイスといえば、抹茶・チョコレート・バニラをこよなく愛した私ですがここでは迷わずこれ。
そして一緒に行った子のを少し食べさせてもらいます
アメリカで初体験した、店員さんの歌歌歌♪忙しいのに本当に楽しませてくれてありがたいです！

Now my town have some shops, so I am so happy.
