I'll introduce the cafe Lipton in Kyoto.

There is unique and like a Kyoto cake some Japanese image.
It is the cake of fresh cream 'n powdered green tea.

Do you know the matcha/powdered green tea?
Matcha is made by removing the stalks from specially-grown young leaves and grinding the leaves to powder in an usu (mortar). It is a brilliant green color.

Matca is a special product in Kyoto.
It is a little bitter.

But it is OK,because it is a cake with fresh cream xx
